Beginner instruction needed at UALR pool on Saturday

Hello new friends,

I'm a raw, novice, beginning paddler. I have a kayak and gear, but I need some instruction on the basics. I am planning to be at the UALR pool on Saturday the 16th. Could someone be kind enough to meet me there and show me the ropes?

I won't be much help as far as instruction, but I do plan on being there saturday. I could help spot or pass along some basic info.

Caleb, I hope you found some help at the pool this Saturday. If not, don't give up. The colder it gets..the more populated the UALR pool will become. I plan on going back there as well, as I haven't been in awhile.
If you see me (that's me in the avatar on the left, and I very well may look just like that...) then don't be hesitant to ask for help, or introduce yourself.
Just stick with showing up, we will get you on the right track to becoming a boater.

And you chose kayaking, good call!
