is there a website with releases?
Will it be running Monday (8/8)?
I have to be in the area and need to know if I need to bring a boat......

Somebody else may know more but this is the site I've been told to look at.

It appears there is plenty of water in Lake Ouachita. I think it will be running. Bring your boat.

The pool level of the largest lake upstream, Lake Ouachita, more than any other single factor influences releases from Remmel Dam on Lake Catherine. We've had a lot of rain this summer.

And it's coming up to normal release level as we speak. I think you're good for Monday.
