Arkansas Canoe Club Forums

This is an ACC sponsored event thanks to the River Valley and Northwest Chapters of ACC. It is in its 6th or 7th year, and is always fun and rewarding. The event headquarters are in the Horse Day Use Area just down hwy 220 on the dirt road, and the time frame is 9am until 1 pm.

We hope to see alot of volunteers from the ACC out to help Saturday! The RV chapter will be meeting at the Hwy 220 bridge between 8:30-9:00. We will have trash bags and gloves available. We will clean up there, at the take out, then the roadside on the way to the Day Use Horse Parking Area. Lunch will be served there at 12:00 and door prizes at 12:30.

Good Morning Dennis, hay Buddy my wife and I went wade fishing Monday, and did OK. Just a few small bass.

We picked up the trash @ the take out looked pretty good when we left. The road to the take out just off 220 had some trash. And the put in was pretty trashed out from what I could tell. There were a bunch of people there. Hope to see y'all Saturday AM.

Go get that creek clean and have a good time guys! I'll be at the town branch of the west fork just over the watershed divide.
