Need Pyranha Micro 240 Wingnuts (8mm)

My son's Pyranha Micro 240 kayak is missing 3 Wingnuts that secure the bulkhead footrest (I have no idea how they went missing). Anyway, I am looking for a domestic (US) store that I can order these from. I have tried several stores including OOO but they only have 6mm Wingnuts for the modern vintage Pyranha boats. All the stores that I can find with the right size parts are in the UK and do not ship to the US. I am looking to get the parts before an upcoming Labor Day float with my son.

I do have a back-up plan. I determined the bolt size (metric, of course) and purchased normal 8mm Wingnuts that will work if needed. However I would like to find a proper manufactured part.

Any suggestions are welcomed. I figured someone on this site might have encountered a similar issue before.

Looks like Lowe's has zinc-plated ones.

Stainless would probably be better. Perhaps try a local screw/bolt supply house like Fastenal?
