That would be in the low but floatable range. You will most likely have to drag allot.

The following is a helpful page. You can click the box to show launch sites. And if you click the water level triangles, a pop up box shows the level ranges and by clicking the hyperlink it'll take you to the USGS gauge.

None of the Buff is there right now unfortunately. The lower is always runnable if you don't expect to move very fast, but if you're on the Buffalo what's the hurry? Take a fishing pole and sack of tubes and jigheads and jump in when you get hot.

AH, recheck the gauges tonight after it stop raining. Storms are still training through the upper Buffalo watershed.

Rain train is over with. Some areas got more than others, but the Buffalo is on the rise is unevenly. At 8PM Wed 7-23-14 BOXLEY gauge was at 1500CFS and 5.7 on the gauge. Pruitt had come up half a foot. So check ALL the functions at each gauge like for precipitation and CFS as well as the gauge level. Post your trip plans. July water is rare and needs to be shared.

Now that float looks good. Might even get a little to high if the up river stuff keeps feeding it. I have done it at the current level and it flow's nice.
