Come celebrate Jon Kennedy at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks (http://goo.gl/maps/rwWQc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Service will start at 2pm and we anticipate by 3pm there will be music, dancing and celebrating. Family will be there at 1:30pm.

To any out of towner's needing a place, either family by blood or water, my house is open for camping in the yard or crashing on the couch or floor.

May need a place to crash or hang a hammock Friday night. But I'll be there.

I will make the same offer as Regud. We have several acres in Winslow and a flat fire pit / camping area.

I've got a futon at my house that someone is welcome to.

And I have plenty of floor space, if folks just need a place to throw a bed roll.

Donny and I have a guest bedroom, and a twin size pullout couch. If anyone needs a place in Rogers, they'd be more than welcome.

Was just informed that this is a very very casual event. Some of the family will dress like Jon (if that could ever be achieved), and there should be lots of tie-dyes and color.

That was by far the best memorial service I have ever seen. Jon was obviously loved by so many people. I had no idea what a talented guy he was in so many areas other than boating. I wish I had gotten to know him better. We also had a huge turn out for a memorial surf at the ford. Rest in peace Jon!-M-
