I finally scrounged enough uninterrupted time to fumble my way through updating the Rendezvous Event tab and here she be. http://arkansascanoeclub.com/page-490146" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; New this year is the opportunity to contribute a little something via the Event tab to help defray the expenses of putting on this soiree. It's worth every penny but it ain't cheap, so any love shown will be greatly appreciated. No pressure. Also new this year will be credit card readers at the registration booth and silent auction. So, if you missed out on that dream weekend at the cabin or that big cooler because you didn't have enough Yankee dollars or one of those old fashioned funny looking pieces of paper that you write on fear not! You'll be able to whip out the plastic and get after it. You're welcome!

I've been moved to tears (okay, not tears really, but I was purty happy) by the response to my request for volunteers. We're in pretty good shape personnel-wise but there's plenty of room for more. We really need sponsors. Right now I believe we've secured eight. That's a good start but let's not lose momentum. It'll be here soon, and the later it gets the more perturbed the beggees will be that the beggars waited so long to beg, and perturbed beggees do not good sponsors make. I know this firsthand.
