gulpha gauge

Anybody know why the gulpha gauge is giggity?

I think somewhere upstream of the gauge someone is dumping or drawing water from the creek. I've been meaning to check that out.

From the pattern, I would say some type of malfunction which was corrected on the afternoon on July 9.
