Don't live near Pocahontas but myself and a group of paddlers are going to boat Spring river on July 26th and you are welcome to join us if you would like. Maybe somebody will know somebody that knows somebody??? Ha

My family has a farm in Warm Springs and I get up there every so often. Message me you number and when I get up there, I'll give you a call. There are a few creeks up there that are fun when it really rains hard.

If you ever want to experience the Spring River, I've got you covered. Got a good surf wave right in front of our place. It's shallow. But pretty good. It's helped me get my game back. We also have a good time at Spring River Canoe Club. I'm heading east this weekend. But if you want a free shuttle for Saturday, let me know before Thursday. I'll set you up.
I'll be up there the weekend of18th through 20th. If you want to get shown the lines on the two good surf able places.

Not in Pocahontas but live about 45 min from there. Been paddling whitewater for about a year. Let me if you'd like to paddle sometime.
