Road between Campbell's and Mill Creek closed

A friend found out the hard way that as you head to Campbells from Mill creek there is bridge that has been shut down. The road closed signs are not actually on the road. They were set off to the sides of the road as if they had been moved. He continued on his journey, thinking that they were old signs and there was a nice man waiting for him right on the other side of the bridge with a nice, $225, federal ticket for using the bridge. He explained that the signs are not on the roadway as they should be and the officer simply said they should be and he would look into it. He was also kind enough to inform us that we would have to go around the long way byTurner Bend for our shuttle.
