Certified Canoe Volunteers needed for Girl Scouts

Need small craft certified volunteers this weekend in Floral, AR for the Girl Scouts. My apologies for the Crazy short notice!!

We are looking to find a few small craft trained volunteers. ACA or American Red Cross.

You would probably be more likely to get some volunteers if you could give some (any?) details...such as day (weekend = Saturday and Sunday?), times, and more importantly, what you are looking for help with. Instruction? Safety? Who is involved? What is the event?

You know, pesky stuff like that might be useful in persuading someone to consider helping out on such short notice!

Saturday, April 5th. Girl Scout event is an Open House at a resident camp. Quite a few people have registered for this event. We want girls and families to be able to canoe. Girl Scouts require a certified Canoe person to be there along with lifeguards. I'm sorry I don't know the exact wording right now but an ACA certification to canoe will be super adequate or Red Cross Small Water craft safety certification. We have canoes and paddles.

A lifeguard or two would also be helpful I believe.
