There's camping at Arkansas 59 Canoeing and Rafting on Arkansas Hwy 59 where it crosses the Illinois River. Not sure about their winter hours. They have a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Arkansas ... 6162475325" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. There's also the Redneck Yacht Club just over the border in Oklahoma, off of Oklahoma Hwy. 59 in Watts, OK. And yes, they have a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/redneckyachtclubandcampground" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Lake Wedington Public Rec Area is about 10 miles away.
Arkansas 59 Canoeing and Rafting has a private campground about 4 miles away.

I would do Lake Weddington- halfway to Fayetteville from the Ford. And nice facilities.

Hit me up... You can crash at my place on the west side of Fayetteville, or camp in my small backyard if you really want.
