CAFO in Buffalo River Watershed

As you may know we have joined with three other groups to sue over the industrial Hog farm near Mt Judea. Currently the lawsuit is against the Small Business Adminsitration and the Farm Services Agency (federal offices) over National Envoronmental Policy Act (NEPA) violations. I am not at liberty to talk about the details of the ongoing suit but I am posting a couple of now public documents relating to the effort.

Thank you so much for doing this. I only wish that that C&H farms was being sued also.
