Cadron Settlement sand islands

I am thinking about camping Sunday night on one of the sand Islands on the Arkansas River above Cadron Settlement.
A few factors that might change my plans are wind and water levels.

RIchard, if you are headed out alone I would be happy to loan you either my Spot Messenger or a PLB. If you know you'll have good cell phone service you may not need either, but I wanted to put the offer on the table.
