That part wasn't hard...there actually wasn't any carnage! First set of pics are Liz above "snag rapid" on SFLR (which has changed quite a bit since that day since the snag is long gone...I think that picture is almost 10 years old!), Third pic is at Nantahala falls (Wesser Falls), also quite a few years ago, and Liz in that pic is running the "classic" diagonal line between the upper right and lower left holes.
With the right music, and a little imagination....HIGH DRAMA! (but funny faces not withstanding, no carnage)

I've tried to remember to smile when I go through a rapid, but alas, most photos of me have a similarly terrified or otherwise goofy look on my face. I'm sure there is plenty of real carnage out there I've been involved in but luckily Coogan's camera must have been pointed the other direction!
