KAYAK FILM CAMERA FOR SALE

Post by houstonevansfilms » Wed Jan 08, 2014 2:27 pm

Do you want to take your kayak videos or pictures to a next level? I have a Canon T2i EF-S for sale. It comes with 18-55mm lens. Shoots full 1080 video and takes great pictures. You can get some great cinematic shots with this camera. Its very light weight and easy to pack down into a dry bag. I also have a 55-250mm zoom lens for sale with it. Just wondering if anyone is interested in this. Thanks

$400 (Canon t2i + 18-35mm lens)

$500 (Canon t2i + 18-35mm and 55-250mm)

You might confuse people calling it a "film camera". It's a digital single lens reflex (DSLR). It shoots digital stills and video. I'm guessing by "film" you meant video, right?

I was wondering about that term as well. I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have a Nikon F-100 for sale if anyone is interested, it is a high quality film camera that I replaced with it's digital counterpart some time ago.

Hi Jim,

I feel your pain as far as film cameras go.

I have a hi dollar film slr and a couple other very nice film units setting in the closet. Been thinking of tossing them in the trash, just do not have the courage to see these cameras go to the trash compactor tho.

As far as I know, there is no USA lab that works on film. Might be some foreign ones, I don't know.

After I retired I did a bit of consulting up in Rochester NY. Amazed at the number of Kodak labeled buildings that were vacant.

Kind of sad to see film go. But I have to admit, the new digital slr's take a lot of decision making out of when and where to shoot photos. Now, I just bang away, get home, load the computer and quickly delete the images that don't pass the test.

Dave,

EBay those old SLR's. There's still some spare change left in 'em.

Thanks TwinDad,

I have never sold anything on EBay, have purchased several items tho.

I will look into that. Like I said, hard for me to throw something that works into the trash bin!
