Current River Trip Report

Paul Smith (Jetlab), new friend Peter Blanc and I launched at Cedar Grove the afternoon of December 26. We camped the first night just below Welch Spring and the second night a couple of miles below Cave Spring. Nights and mornings were frigid but beautiful and the sun warmed things up nicely by mid morning every day. We took out at Round Spring. If you missed this one don't despair as we'll head out for a couple more expeditions in January and February. Stay tuned for the deets.
