CREEK BOAT Wavesport Habitat 74 - SOLD!

Post by tomOzarkVideo » Tue Dec 10, 2013 7:14 am

(Edit: look for that boat on the river and say hi to the happy dude in the cockpit!)

This 2011 Habitat 74 has been used by a couple of newbies for a couple of years.

The whiteout outfitting started flaking a little (purely cosmetic) includes new outfitting still in the bag. (Usually retails for a couple C-notes by it's self)

Regular wear on the hull. No huge gouges or oil canning (this thing is THICK!)

Wave Sport site:
You need a boat that gets you through whatever the moment throws at you. A bombproof step pillar, 5 metal z-drag anchors and uber-stable, soft-landing hull are mandatory when you’re plunging first descents. The Habitat holds any line you put it on, and with the lift of a knee, you’ll be carving into eddies with absolute control. Like that? We thought you might. So whether you’re a newbie to creeking or a veteran paddler, we have the Habitat for you.

MSRP*: US $999

Specifications:
Length: 8' 244 cm
Width: 25" 64 cm
Deck Height: 14.75" 37 cm
Weight: 47 lbs. 21 kg
Cockpit Length: 33.5" 85 cm
Cockpit Width: 19" 48 cm
Paddler Weight: 100-200 lbs. 45-91 kg
Volume: 74 gal 280 L
Located In NWA.

Come get this boof machine while you can. :kayak:

Do you know what 'height' of paddler this boat is designed for? I am 6'2. Thanks.

It's usually the weight that is the largest factor up to a point. You would be fine at 6'2". I'm 5'9" and I had the bulkhead very close to the seat.

I'm guessing it might be a good fit for a tall fella. The knee position is high instead of wide.

I can get it to the pool if your in NWA.

Would you take $400 cash? I'm broke and still need a paddle and helmet. If so call me at 479-249-0839.

..... Sorry man.

This boat is already priced to move. Many, many seasons left in it.

Sorry so long to reply. I wrongly assumed the site would notify me 'by default' when a response hit. I don't have any 'dry gear' yet, and don't have a clue so have realized I'll need to do more research.
