Looks like they may be letting some water out today.

At 11:15, looks like it is already off again and never got very high. Could be a gage malfunction, but my guess would be either some minor adjustments to lake levels, or more likely just running generators for a brief period either to test something or to control system voltage.

If I think what I'm saying is REALLY IMPORTANT, I either CAP it or post it 2-3X.
(I'm using my PC this time, so as not to aggravate the Board with the Android bug.)
