table and rain protection for gate registration

I have a small table, will likely need one more for registration area, also does anyone have one of those self-erecting shelters that we could use to keep us dry as they are calling for 80 percent chance of rain Friday.....let me know ASAP..Pam 501-241-0214 or notify me on this thread......THX

Ms. Pam, check with Tim Eubanks. I believe the chapter recently approved the purchase of a canopy. If he's gotten around to picking one up yet that would be a good use for it. If not I have one you're welcome to use, but you should consider it a last resort as it's seen better days and will only keep you kind of dry in heavy rain. If the weather gets bad enough you might even consider placing a sign at the entrance directing people down the hill to the pavilion.
