Quick question, are there any requirements as far as safety gear to attend the roll clinic? I have yet to pick up a helmet or dry top.

The roll session is held at the Camp Couchdale swimming pool so you don't need a helmet. You might want a set of nose clips or a cheap diving mask to keep the water out of your nose.

Thanks, have the nose plugs already. Can't wait.
