They are 5 7/8" wide, 6 3/4" long, 5/8" thick in the knee cup, 2 1/8" thick on the inside ridge, 1 1/2" thick on the outside ridge. NRS retails these for $23.95 per pair listed as "Padz Canoe Contoured Knee Pads". They looked to me to be just what the doctor ordered until I found that I can no longer kneel for any length of time, even on special foam pads. Make me an offer including USPS shipping.
