Floats during the rendezvous

Are there any floats that are preplanned during the rendezvous or are they all spur of the moment? This will be the first one I am attending and just trying to get a feel for what to expect.

I think there is one planned for Saturday, however there are usually folks floating that Remmel Dam to Rockport float both days.
