Boatball this Wednesday, July 17 starting at 6:00 PM at Chambers Springs Road access of Illinois River.

Also, plenty of time & help if you want to work on your roll during breaks from play. No fee, no membership required & no need to worry about cleaning of boat / gear to participate. Come on out & play.

Please take the time to post up if you can make it out.

Directions: Take Hwy 412 headed west from Springdale towards Siloam Springs. After the second bridge that crosses the Illinois you will get in the next left turn lane which will be Chamber Springs Road. There is a metal buiding with a big sign "Riverside Fireworks" where you turn. Head south on dirt road approximately 200 yards and you will arrive at parking lot for access. Put in your boat there & paddle up river of the bridge (which will be to your left facing river ... kind of hard to tell without much current ) & you will find us in the next pool up river from the bridge. If you need something to plug into your GPS here is address for Riverside Fireworks, where you turn onto the dirt: 17023 Chamber Springs Rd, Siloam Springs AR 72761. Hope this helps you find us.

We tend to use creek boats. The kind that you like to swim out of regularly...

How else would I ever be able to give a good fishing report, without swimming?

Working on getting access to a peferct location in Central Arkansas, so we can start a boat ball thing here. Hoping someone can pm me the "rules".

Oops! I'm working at Garland tomorrow. And to add insult to injury, when I do work at Bentonville next week they have new hours, 8-7, my share being 9-7, so I can't play this week or next week. See y'all in two weeks.
