I have not paddled in two years due to my expanding family. I can't seem to get my rolling back in order. Just wondering if anybody had any pointers or time.

Doug, you're .1 (1 for 10?) or 1000?(10 for 10) Career .300 gets you in the Hall of Fame I hear.
