You are welcome, Jack! This was my first time to participate in a cleanup project. Who knew it could be so much fun! Here is a photo of some of the souvenirs Luke and I collected today.

I'm no Cowper (who is?), but Ms. Wendy and I did our bestest to represent. We cut a couple of tree sections out of the way, picked up an old rusty 55 gallon drum complete with bullet holes, a big pile of rusted, tetanus shot-mocking metal, 55 gallon plastic barrel, our weight in yellow baseballs, and a bunch of miscellanous trash (the usual cups, bottles, etc.) Sadly we were forced to leave a LOT of trash behind because we ran out of time (and almost out of gas) and I beat on my motor so much I lost reverse. :wht: Wendy was more than up to the challenge and will prove to be a willing and able member of TRT.
You come too.

NICE job y'all.

Increasingly, I've been hearing more and more about the bayou meto. I still needs to check it out.

Folk like you all that are actively involved in working to make immediate and direct improvements to water quality, wild life habitat, and overall environment are very much appreciated by me and, I am sure, many others!

Jack, way to keep on keepin on! Luke and Wendy glad y'all had a good time and made such a big impact. It's too bad we can't ever get it all, but is always so awesome to get as much as we can!

Here's to y'all! :beer2:
