Hey Connie, I sure wish I could go paddle with you! I had open heart surgery in Feb. and prolly won't be paddling til about August. I had an aneurysm on my ascending aorta; now I have a 9" scar down my chest and some titanium wires holding me together. Not a good start to the paddling season! I may be available for shuttles on Spring River before August, depends on whether I stay at Hardy for the summer.
Thanks for thinking of me.

WOW! I'm so glad you're recovering. I was considering a trip to the upper Colorado for a couple of weeks. It looks like there are 3 or 4 class I II areas. They're about 6 miles long.
I reconsidered though because of the altitude. 7,000+ feet. My lungs are shot from smoking for 50+ years.
Gosh I'm so sorry to hear of your illness. Take care and get well!
