Seems like a lot of paddle for a C note. Everything I've read has been very positive. Think it would be a good choice for the mix of rec and WW available around here?

I've been using an Aquabound Edge for 3 years. It's my go-to paddle when the water is low or I'm going to be on a very rocky stream. I have a lighter paddle from Werner, but I use the Edge when I know my paddle is going to get some abuse.
You won't regret adding an Edge to your collection.

Duece,
HHH and I have been using Aquabound Shred Hybrid kayak paddles for a few years now and they have been great for our type paddling. I think you will be pleased with it. I may have a coupon code for 20% off at Austin Kayak. If I can find it, I'll send it to you.

I've been using an Aquabound Manta ray to steer a heavy, loaded canoe around for several years.
Tough paddles.
