Just an FYI, There is a semi-retired fishing guide over in the Mtn. Home area with a complete 13' NRS SB Otter rig for sale. Has alumn. drybox, cooler, pumps, straphs nice oars, seats, removalble back seat for fishing and anchor system, and a deck-over trailer. I saw it last year on the Norfork and it is a nice set-up.
