Buffalo, Ponca-Erbie 2/23-2/24

Gonna do an overnight float on the Buffalo this weekend if anyone is interested. Ponca-Erbie ~15 miles, it will be a laid back float. Will need the extra time in the morning for our gear to thaw out.

We plan to hike up Hemmed-In on Saturday and camp somewhere downstream.

We're hopeful to get on the river by noon on Saturday and take off mid afternoon on Sunday.

Yep, that sucked on the Buffalo this weekend. Wish I could've seen a lot more boaters, hated having the river to myself.
