Hi 737Driver,
Ain't no spoof!!!!!
Seriously, have more runs on the Cossatot than I can count and
Man, I still get butterflies in my stomach when approaching the Esses or Falls.
Keep em coming, good video shooting, good edit work and us stay at homes on the injured reserve list really appreciate you guys letting us enjoy the Cossatot via you tube.

Clay, I think the video would be better if there was more of me in it. Just one open boaters opinion. Apparently we are headed headed for the Mulberry tomorrow your welcome to join us but it is a 3 hour drive. Great job on the clip. BOB

Fun video!
What editing program are you using. I've been having trouble with Windows Movie Maker...

iMovie. I use it for quick and easy stuff. It doesn't have the features like Windows movie maker, but its really easy for simple movies. Besides you can do it all from an iPhone or iPad!

You have to have enough extra RAM , because WMM takes a lot of computing power. Turn off anything you have running in the background. And if you have an anti-virus software like Macfee, it'll take up a lot of your extra power. You may try disabling it(disconnect from the Internet), to help boost your processing power.
I also save all of my raw video on my external hard drive. That way it doesn't take up valuable space on your hard drive. You can get a terabyte external hard drive for around $80 now. Just make sure it is compatible with what ever operating system your using(some new ones won't work with older ones). I noticed after I started doing this, my laptop sped up immensely.
Also if your storage device for your camera isn't a level 10 or better, your camera will write to it faster then the SD card can handle.
The only other thing I can tell you that can help in any video editing software is to import smaller files. The best way to do this, is to only film the stuff you need and not the stuff you don't.

I have watched a lot of kayaking videos. This short video was very well done. I hope to see more in the future. Danny

Here is the full version. The trailer had better effects, but it's the best I could do today with a 2 year old climbing on me. Hey Bob, I hooked you up with a more supportive role. Just trying to give you open boaters some respect!

Clay I'm sure that it is obvious to you and the rest of the world how superior the revised version is. Even better would be a revision with just open boats but that was just in my dream last night. Once again great video, great editing. Next trip I'll try to stay closer to the helmet cams. Thanks again I'm sure your videos will help bring more participants into our sport.BOB
