Kinda OT: How do I get a digital image of a map

Trying to put together a slide show of a trip and would like to have some way to zoom in to show the location in successive pictures. Any ideas?

If you're using Google earth, select your image, go to file and save to your pictures. Then insert it as you normally would if your using PP.
