As we were leaving richland monday morning we picked up a lot of trash at the put in. This included a lot of ziplock bags, and several beer cans. I know some of it may have been there from locals backroading or may have fallen out of truck on accident. Just a little reminder to try to keep our put ins clean, and pick up a little extra when we can.
Thanks

Thanks Marc ,
All of the paddlers know better I hope but if it's not your trash pick it up any way . And a reminder also if you stay at the cabin don't expect the person that stays after you to clean up your mess rules are sweep the floor before you leave take your trash with you. It's called leave no trace.. Thanks love to share this place but do your part. Pam

Thanks Pam! You managed to say it with far fewer words than I would have used, so I'll just shut up and say I'm with you 100%, this is why I feel it is so important to pick up additional trash, and not just your own!
