Cadron Creek is NOT bone dry!

Debo and I were passing by today and stopped by to check and pick up a little trash. Not that we intended to pick up trash, we just couldn't leave a glass whiskey bottle and about a case worth of aluminum cans there at the access point.

A month ago, there was zero flow, and the dry rock shoals between pools were getting longer as the pools got smaller.

Today, the pools were full again, and there was a trick of flow between the pools, although still not nearly enough to float a boat. But a fisherperson would at least have the option of dragging over wet rocks, so this is a significant improvement. :crossed:

oh yeah.. lots of the little creeks.. and the big ones are filling up. Actually running, altho only a trickle. I thought about posting that fact but figured it would get trolled to death or sumthin???? :hammer2:

Several of the draws in the Crabtree area have a flow. inch at a time. We'll take it :drool2:

Thanks for your report on the Cadron Cowper! There's been ever so little rain still, but it's getting late enough in the season that the trees and shrubs are finally working more on their next phase as the weather turns cooler, rather than drinking so much water :D

Best Regards
Jim
