The picnic afterwards is always fun, with free food and lots of door prizes, free t-shirt, free admission to Garvan Woodland Gardens, plus drawing for the big door prize: laptop computer. Bags are provided; bring your own gloves or use the vinyl gloves they provide. Each bag you fill earns a ticket that goes in the hopper for the prizes.

I have traditionally gone to the Lake Catherine boat ramp to launch and pick up trash, but am thinking of going to a different spot this year.
