*****Rendezvous roll contest?*****

Post by we66erno1 » Wed Sep 12, 2012 10:47 pm

Let's have a roll contest at rendezvous!!! Most in a row and quickest. Three tiers:
Hands
Hand-paddles
W/ blades

You could even have a ironman catogory for the person that compete in all three!
Henry Ford said "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have asked for faster horses."

Extra points for mix of rolls on both sides?

It appears that a certain type of water craft has been left out of the competition? Or is the ability to roll one of those considered a mere party trick and not to be compared with rolling a decked boat with two blades?

Yes to all! One blade, 2 blades, no blades! Decks and No Decks... Even if its not considered a boat...if you can roll it? Bring it!

We'll do this at the lake at Couchdale before the rescue rodeo!!! Saturday, mid morning!

Can we roll someone down the hill to the water?

Roll contest with a boatball type theme? Full contact and try to make people swim? Designated sharks to knock people over or try to prevent someone from rolling up? :box:
