The Last Hooray! Rockport is running this week (9/4-9/8)

Last weekday release, probably, ever. At least in our lifetime. And once we get past the Rendezvous release, you may never paddle in Arkansas again. :eh:

Come down and play. I will be there Wed, Fri, and Sat. I will be working over the new 2013, 4th generation Jackson Kayak All-Star and folks are welcome to check it out and take it for a test drive. Schedule should put water at the ledge around 4pm. This included on Saturday. (We are outside of the the summer time noon-3 requirements).

Flow Releases as of - Sept. 04, 2012

Today the release from Blakely, Carpenter and Remmel Dams will be about 3,600 CFS from 1 to 9 PM. This will continue every day through Saturday.

On Sunday, there will only be a minimum flow release from Remmel Dam, with a short release every afternoon from Carpenter and Blakely as needed to maintain the lake levels. This will continue until September 22. During this time, should we experience another bout of extremely hot weather there could be a release.

On Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 22-23 the release from Blakely, Carpenter and Remmel Dams will be about 3,600 CFS from 8 AM to 3 PM.

On Monday, Sept. 24 , there will only be a minimum flow release from Remmel Dam, with a short release every afternoon from Carpenter and Blakely as needed to maintain the lake levels.

Today through Saturday the Corps release will be from 2 to 8 PM daily of about 1,600 CFS.
From Sunday on there will be no release from DeGray.

Why are you saying it's the last release forever? Are you serious or just meaning for a long time to go without boating?
