B-Paddling Ranch Halloween Party (Oct 27)

Post by canoe » Mon Sep 03, 2012 5:31 pm

Yes it is a little early but we have changed things up a bit so I wanted you to have plenty of time to prepare,
The theme this year is Skeleton's. We will not have a story or a hay ride this year but here are the new events. On Sat the 27th come prepared. We will have a Scavenger Hunt (aka geochaching) for the older kids only with a map since no cell service and not all have GPS. Any one that is younger is w elcome too but the parents may need to help . People have been after me for a costume party so you got it this year. There will be a costume contest for the kids . We will have the kids trick or treat each camp site so decorate your site and bring candy there will be a prize for the best camp site. If you stay in the bunk house you can decorate the deck .Of course there will be the pumpkin carving again . We have a B-Paddling Ranch page on face Book you can print out the map for the geo thing and lots of other facts so go like that page and if there a questions you can let me know. Of course we will still have the Hog and it is pot luck . Lets hope there is water so we can have the bon fire. We are excited as always since it takes the whole year to plan this. Hope to see ya'll all there. Pam/Dale Barton :yahoo:

How many kids are you expecting? Need to have plenty of candy bars so I don't get tricked.

B-Paddling Ranch Map

Post by knu2xs » Thu Oct 25, 2012 9:11 am

If you would like a little more accurate map, I created one using some toys from work. The map can be found here.. You can change the basemap and even print based on the area you are currently zoomed to.

Shelle, if you would like to embed an interactive version of this into your website, please feel free to send me a message. It is a simple cut and paste into your website using an iframe. I can easily provide the code snippet if you would like.

I tried for an hour, even setting up an account, but could not find the map. Please email it to Tom Burrough's as I leave shortly to cook for the NW Chapter party.

Thanks. Eric Esche

I've always followed someone over in the dark, or fog, or pouring rain, usually at high speed on back roads from Tom's and short on sleep. Got a rough Idea on how to get there, BUT I WOULD LOVE A MAP.

My apologies, I did not have the permissions set correctly. I should be working now.
