Rockport Sunday?

I was thoroughly confused by the gauge reading for Saturday. consensus on whether and when the ledge will be today (Sunday)?

They have started the release as of noon, so with any luck it will go from 12-4 as originally scheduled (meaning good water at the ledge 3-5:30 or so, plus or minus)

I'll be there about 3pm!
