I realize this is not really boating oriented, however I know some of you like to "do" some of the 14ers in Colorado when you're there. My nephew, John, who lives in Superior, Co. is in the midst of trying to set a new record of hiking up all of the major peaks in CO. Current record is 10 days, 20 hours, 26 minutes. John "Homie" wants to go sub 10 days. This seems to be a big deal with CO outdoor enthusiasts. He has a support team for drop-off/pick-up. Logistics are a major factor here.

If you want to follow him, he is carrying a GPS transmitter. Go here: http://share.findmespot.com/shared/face ... vdpoA4XijX" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also, there is a good forum thread here: http://14ers.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t ... 49#p446149" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Pretty interesting. Looks like he was on Mount Antero earlier today, on the way back down right now...
