Hi all,
Rot got it and I'm looking for a replacement. It's the rear (rear-center) thwart on a 16' Dagger Legend with aluminum/plastic gunwhales. Anyone have one kicking around? Any ideas short of carving a new one myself? I already wrote Dagger and Mad River but got no answer.
Thanks!

Re: legend thwart
John and Nancy:
Call the guys at Two Brothers. They carry great replacement thwarts: all you'll need to do is cut it to size and drill the appropriate mounting holes.
...and they do not charge an arm and a leg...
call: 479-418-9722
or see the website at: http://www.twobrotherscanoe.com/accessories.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or you can order directly from Ed's Canoe (manufacturer -- great quality):http://www.edscanoe.com/caco.html
or from Essex Industries (same comments): http://www.essexindustries.org/index.ph ... ex&cPath=2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I have dealt with all three and they are three of the best in the industry, IMHO.
