Nice deep red radar in NW Arkansas. Maybe more due tomorrow. In mid August. Joy!

I think I'm going to have to claim credit for this one.

I just bought a new creek boat (Shiva, SWEEEET).

Under normal circumstances, this would guarantee that Richland would not run for at least six months, maybe a full year.

HOWEVER, as I type this, my new creek boat is already loaded on my truck. Which is locked in an auto-repair shop on the other side of town. Yes, if it happens, this one is on me.

EDIT: I should have said, "I'm going to have to claim credit IF IT HAPPENS." :(
It probably would have happened, but the river gods knew that if Richland ran, I was going to be waiting at the repair shop door when they opened at eight this morning to retrieve my gear.

It was neat to see a few river levels bump anyway. Thanks for the effort Cowper
