That's it for now. I'm just a participant, not an organizer, but someone pointed out to me that the Events page did not yet show the dates for this years event, so I figured I'd put up this post to get it more publicized.

This just means there won't be a keg and a cup for $10. By all means bring your favorite brews and hang out with all the other suds-lovers.

Sounds like alot of fun! This will be the first Rendavous the Waco Paddle Club will get to attend. Looking forward to it!!

Friday September 21

4:00 pm.-9:00 pm. registration/check in. front gate
6:00 pm.-7:30 Bayou buffet - ark-la-tex chapter. main hall
8:30 - ?? Friday night lights inter chapter boatball. Lake


Saturday September 22

9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Registration/check in. Front gate.
10:30 am - 12:00 pm. Tie dye shirts. Bull ring.
12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Free play at Rockport with Ramp of Death
3:00 pm. Hometown Throwdown #4
5:00 pm - 6:45. Dutch Oven Cook off (judging over at 6:45, plan accordingly...leftovers for Potluck)
7:00 pm - 8:30. Potluck and Raffle Giveaway/ HTTD results
8:30 - ?? Party Time!!!

Sunday September 23

9:00 am - 11:00 am. Clean up/pack up
12:00 - ?? Rockport Playtime

There will be no Silent Auction this year....

What is the raffle boat this year? Remix XP10, Werner paddle, IR Skirt, Stohlquist PFD, and ShredReady helmet...(provided by OOO)

There will be 200 available tickets at $10.00 each

Organized Roll clinic for Kayak and Open Canoe Saturday morning!

9:30-11:30 (so we can all get to the Ramp of, err, ADVENTURE, right at noon!)

I'll start a thread and ask for that to be stickied to get RSVPs.
