Calling All Cracked Pots! Let the Trash Talk Begin!

After roasting the, ahem, competition 
at last year's DO cook-off Little Deuce and I decided to show some mercy and take ourselves out of the hunt this year. Get out your black (or aluminum) pots, trivets and gloves. Blow the dust off your charcoal pans (once you've found 'em). Warm up your trash talker! Ring the dinner bell!! Sound the clarion call 'cause it's almost here!!! The Rendezvous 2012 Dutch Oven Cook-off is a mere two months away and we're woefully behind on our recipe swappin' and feather rufflin'.
I won't give anything away except for the occasional hint intended to titillate and/or taunt as deemed appropriate, but this year's contest promises to bring a twist or two. I just read over last year's trash talk thread, and without mentioning any names I must say in many cases the flappin' of the gums far exceeded the rattlin' of the pots. I'm just sayin'.
So, let's get after it. The prizes are a rollin' in and the panel of death....uh, I mean the panel of judges, is being assembled as we speak. I expect a record turnout.
