maybe i won't buy one and just borrow your when I move to overland park in Jan 2013. I am sure with school a wife and two kids i will have tons of time. probably as much time as you have now.

i will be looking to beta on the KC scene fo realz.

When you get to OP, we'll go boatin indeed. Locals up here don't explore all that much, so a few good play runs (somewhere between Lee Cr. and Ocoee depending on water level) are known quantities, but there are several more waiting to be "discovered." I haven't had the time to poke around too much, but I did find a 15 ft. waterfall where you can test out a Nomad. Stealth-guerilla tactics may be required.

Holler when you're coming this way - be good to have Arkie boaters in the hood.

Hey Eric, the new Ozark Mtn Trading Company in Ozark, MO had a listing on Craigslist that had a demo 8.5 for a little less than 500 bucks...I can't find the listing but you might call them. They could probably bring it to Garfield for free.
