I just pulled this set up out of my canoe. Includes:
pedestal
yakima foot braces
double lap belt
thwart
the only thing you need extra are the double D ring vinyl anchors, and possibly a new buckle for the smaller black lap belt. The hardware on the wide red belt is in great shape, but the black belt hardware is kind of rusted (functional, but rusty). Over $250 new. $50 takes it. In Little Rock...not going to ship.
