White River Spreadsheet?

Does anyone have a spreadsheet of the white river with mileages etc. I seem to remember one floating around a few weeks ago but I can't seem to find it now.

Also, what is a good floating level as far as cfs on the dam release website....as in what would be too low and what would be too high?
