My girls have never been to the Buffy.

I'm taking them Saturday. We'll be at Dillard's Ferry betwixt 8:30 and 9:00 for what will likely be a slow float what with the low water and all the splashing and fishing and turtle chasing, etc. Should be a large time. Please join us. CANCELLED due to the uninviting prospect of listening to Mrs. Deuce complain nonstop about the weather.

Did you have enough water to float your raft or did you take a canoe? We are supposed to do that stretch in two weeks. ??

Tim, your response made me realize my initial post wasn't at all clear. We'll be heading up there this Saturday. The Star my buddy bought from Byrd's and deposited in my back yard would probably be okay, but it won't hold air for more than ten minutes until I help him perform surgery, and there's no way my pig of a boat would make it down at these levels. My wife, daughter and dog will all pile in the new 16' Mad River.

Come join us.
You come too.
