A few of us are meeting at Big Elk Campground on US71B at 9AM Sunday morning to drive over to the lower Elk and leave cars at MO 43 Bridge parking area and then Put-in about 10 miles upstream. We are not fishing, but then we are not racing either, but would like to get off about 4PM to allow someone to get back for dinner with his wife.

So far we are 4 in number, (2 solo opens, 2 kayaks) but you would be welcome to join us.

Change in Plans for Sunday - Al wants to try Little Sugar or Indian Creek and then maybe do Lower Elk on Monday.

Plans are still the same for meeting place -Big Elk campground at 9AM sharp. Had one drop out so we are two solo canoes and one kayake so farr. You can call me until 11PM on my cell 4Seven 9 SevEn 2 ONE 9ONE zero1 to let me know you are going, or get there before 9AM and look for a dark grey Pathfinder with a burgundy Mad River Courier on top or a purple Scion with a blue canoe on top ( used to be a Esquif Pocket Canyon before Al modified it a bunch).

Neither of us have done Little Sugar or Indian before, but Al talked to someone today who has, so we are up for a little exploring.

Hope you get to paddle somewhere tomorrow.
