Little Maumelle sunken boats

I was wondering if anyone knew someone in the media that would do a story that might help get the old houseboats and sunk docks out of the River.
It has been 2 years since the flood washed them out in the 2 creeks area. You can see them from the freeway.
I have talked to the Game and Fish and they said it was the Corps area and the Corp told me if it wasn`t in the main channel it wasn`t their problem.
I think its a real danger and a eye sore and I just don`t know who to contact
to MAKE someone clean them out. I just thought if the media would put this out someone might do something,
